Connect your Monday.com CRM instance with AskNicely to seamlessly send contacts to AskNicely to be surveyed. 

Know Before You Go

  • This setup relies on AskNicely's Email-to-Survey feature to deliver data from Monday.com to AskNicely. 
  • Response data does not sync back to Monday.com. Please consult your Monday.com administrator to scope out development effort using AskNicely's open API.
  • Additional arguments can be found on your API page (Settings > API) or by visiting this generic API page.

Setup

In AskNicely

Create an Email-to-Survey Email Address in the App Store.

In Monday.com

  1. Add a new user to monday.com. The user's email address is the Email-to-Survey address.
  2. Go to the board you wish to trigger surveys from, and set up a new automation
  3. Set your trigger conditions
  4. For the action, tell Monday.com to send an email to a specific user (in this case, the use will be the Email-to-Survey address)
  5. Compose the email of nothing more than fieldnames and the specific placeholder values as for the fields you wish to import. Refer to the linked article for specific formatting requirements. 
  6. Save automation and test
