Surveys: Contacts matched via the Contact Lookup question will now pull all fields from the matched contact into the new response. If the certain fields show up as questions in the newly submitted response then the new values take preference.
Surveys: If a Contact Lookup question is added to a non-anonymous survey then the question will not be displayed.
Surveys: Added a new Review Request question type for requesting reviews on another platform (e.g. Google Reviews, G2, Yelp, etc). The review can be entered as a URL (input) or selected as a custom field. This question type will always be attached to the ‘Finish’ group after the message.
Surveys: Increased the label character limit for CSAT values to prevent line breaks for international surveys.
Multi-Factor Authentication:
When setting up a new user for MFA on the mobile app, the page will automatically refresh with the secret key updating.
Rolled out MFA upgrades to Desktop and Mobile - the process should now have parity across all devices.
Implemented recovery codes to allow users to self-manage resetting their authentication app in case they lose access to their phone.
Responses: Users with 'Full Access' permission can delete reply templates and see private reply templates.
Executive Summary: The downloadable presentation will respect user role filters when generating the data.
Mobile: The app now asks the user to confirm if they wish to discard a message when they try to exit from the message composer where the message body has been edited.
Scorecards: We will no longer show the number of related responses when attempted to delete a scorecard due to performance implications.
Integrations: The Workflow trigger for ‘Zendesk Create Ticket’ now allows syncing the response value, comment, and custom fields when creating a Zendesk ticket.
Data Management: Custom data will now show the survey template field in Data Management and the field will be set to visible by default.
User Management: Added option to sign SAML requests per customer request.

Bug Fixes
Performance improvements when fetching filter values because some filters would timeout when there were too many values+responses to retrieve.
The dropdown on the Case Management report should now be properly stylized.
Hashtags which were not in the allowlist should no longer show in the filters panel.
Email and SMS Reminders should no longer be sent if the survey has expired.
CES questions should now show the question values rather than numbers on the Dashboard.
Executive Summary: The downloadable presentation has had numerous visual and data issues fixed on the main score slide and leaderboard slides.
Reactions report was not properly coloring CSAT reaction scores.
Added validation to survey responses to prevent users from manually changing a response score to an impossible number via the URL parameters (e.g. 5 star survey with a score of 6).
Survey reminders will no longer be sent when a survey has expired.
