- Breakdown Headings: we now display a heading for each breakdown insight, this will help quickly identify the breakdown.
- Breakdown Field Insights Accuracy: We have restructured how the breakdown field insights are calculated. This should result in more accurate insights for each breakdown 'value' (e.g. insights per city).
- Enhanced Score and Response Counts for Breakdowns: You can now view response counts and CX scores for each breakdown insight in the AI Insights report.
- Easily Share AI Insights Reports with Unique Links: You can now share links to specific AI Insights reports. Each report generates a unique, dynamic URL for easy sharing, provided recipients have the necessary permissions. Users without access will see a clear message explaining why they cannot access a report.

Improved Scorecard Labelling on AI Insights: Insights generated from scorecards now display your custom scorecard labels (e.g., "Personal Trainer Scorecard" or "[SC] Personal Trainer") instead of internal identifiers, making it easier to understand and connect insights to your intended context.
Dynamic Surveys
- Fixed response duplication on response details: We’ve fixed an issue on the mobile app where comments were duplicated on the response detail screen when using dynamic surveys.
- Improved Follow-Up for Positive Feedback in AI Dynamic Surveys: Dynamic surveys now prompt promoters to share what contributed to their positive experience before asking for improvement suggestions.
- Enhanced Sensitivity to Non-Committal Responses in AI Dynamic Surveys: AI Dynamic Surveys are now more responsive to non-committal responses like "n/a." When such responses are detected, the AI will prompt a final question, ensuring smoother survey progression while gathering more meaningful feedback.
- Added Helper Text for Open Questions in Dynamic Surveys: To improve understanding of Dynamic Surveys, we’ve added helper text beneath all Open Questions in the survey builder when "Enable Dynamic Surveys" is visible.
- Microsoft Teams: The response card sent to Microsoft Teams will now include the dynamic questions and responses from Dynamic Surveys.
AI Moderation
- Open Question Moderation: AI Moderation has been extended to moderate all responses, including Open Questions. This means any open comment question is now scanned for abusive content. Previously, only responses to the question with the comment key were moderated.
- Removed duplicate AI moderated responses: In the response thread, we've removed duplicate AI responses to create a cleaner and more concise conversation flow. The AI answer will no longer appear twice, providing a smoother experience.
HubSpot Integration
- Activity Timeline: The AskNicely HubSpot integration has been updated to use the latest HubSpot API. This update introduces a change in functionality where updated responses will now always show a new card on a contact's activity timeline. Previously, timeline cards were updated to match the new response. This change is mandated by HubSpot's updated API rules, where past timeline events can no longer be changed.
