Other Improvements
- Decimal Place Customization for Key Metric: Admins can now control the number of decimal places displayed for NPS, CSAT, and Five Star scores across the product, enhancing precision and flexibility in reporting. New settings in Account Settings allow customization with values ranging from 0–4, defaulting to 0 for NPS and 2 for CSAT and Five Star. For CSAT displayed as a percentage, the decimal setting defaults to 1 but remains adjustable. These settings ensure consistency across all dashboards, reports, and widgets, enabling tailored data presentation to suit your organization's needs.
- Enhanced Workflow Controls for Anonymous Responses: You can now manually trigger workflows on anonymous responses directly from the Responses page and individual response view. Previously, only automatic workflows were supported for anonymous responses, but with this update, all relevant controls are now visible, enabling you to apply manual workflows seamlessly.

Dynamic Surveys
-
Enabled Logic on Dynamic Surveys: We’ve introduced the ability to apply logic-based conditions to Dynamic Survey questions across all survey metrics. This update enables you to set up Dynamic Surveys only for certain responses with a specific rating (e.g. only passive and detractors).
Other Improvements
- Improved Dashboard Experience on AskNicely TV: When displaying both NPS and 5-Star dashboards, each will now load and display correctly according to its saved settings.
-
Company Description Now Editable in Settings: Users can now update their Company Description directly in Settings > Account > Settings.
-
Fixed Leaderboard Rank Sorting: We’ve resolved an issue with the Location Leaderboard where ranks could not be sorted in descending order. Users can now sort ranks both ascending and descending as intended, ensuring better usability and flexibility in leaderboard views.
- Default Subject Lines in Replies: Users can now set a default subject line for all their responses. This appears when a user edits the subject line field while composing a response.
-
Revamped Contacts Page Design:
-
Dynamic Contact Count: Displays as text that adjusts to the current state (e.g., filtered).
-
Action Buttons Updated: Action buttons are now styled as link buttons, and the Action column includes a “Bulk Actions” title with all bulk actions fully functional.
-
Streamlined Header Actions: Only “Add Contact” and “Import Contacts” remain in the header.
-
Improved Download Button: Renamed to “Download All Contacts” as a primary button for better visibility.
-
Enhanced Search Placeholder: Adjusts dynamically to reflect the current state (e.g., searching filtered contacts).

Clickable Contact Links: Contact names and emails/mobile numbers are now linked directly to the contact history page.
-
Froze First and Last Columns on Contacts page: The Contacts page table now freezes the first and last columns while enabling horizontal scrolling for middle columns, with a grey line indicating scroll availability.
-
-
Fix for Custom Data Disappearing After Contact Edits: We’ve resolved an issue where custom data would temporarily disappear for contacts after editing and saving on the Contacts page.
