🧠 What Is AI Insights?
AI Insights uses a two-step AI process to analyze your survey data:

High-Level Summary – Based on your filters and breakdown selections, NiceAI generates a general summary of the data.

Drill-Down by Breakdown – NiceAI then provides specific insights and real customer comment examples based on the selected breakdown (e.g. location, team, product).
🛠️ How It Works
1. Select a Filter
Navigate to:
Menu > Dashboard > AI Insights
Then choose the filters to define the scope of your report (e.g. time period, team, channel, etc.).
2. Select a Breakdown
Click the Breakdown dropdown in the top right to select how you’d like the report segmented (e.g. by location, manager, branch, etc.).
3. Generate Insight
Once filters and breakdown are chosen, click Generate Insight to run the report.
📄 How to Read the Report
AI Insights Reports contain two main sections:

This section highlights the key themes from all the responses included in your filter set. It helps you:

📊 Insights from Breakdown
This section provides:

A summary of feedback for each breakdown value (e.g. each location)

⚙️ Actions Menu
Located in the top right corner of each report, this menu lets you:

Download the report

Delete the report

Make the report public (great for sharing insights!)
✏️ Edit Report Name
Rename your report by:

Clicking directly on the name

Or hovering over the name to reveal the Edit button
Changes are saved automatically.
🔗 Share Reports
By default, reports are private to:

The user who created it
-
Admin users
To share:
-
Make the report public using the Actions menu
-
Copy and share the URL from your browser
⚠️ Users without access will see a message explaining why they can't view the report.
