AI-Generated Questions Now Available in Workflows: We're excited to introduce the ability to include AI-generated questions in your workflows! You can now use the following fields in your email body to forward AI-generated questions and answers: {ai_question_1_q}, {ai_question_2_q}, {ai_question_3_q}, {ai_question_4_q} and {ai_question_5_q}.
To include comments related to these questions, continue using the existing variable format, such as {ai_question_1_c}.

Updates to Surveys Sent Download: The Surveys Sent download is now available as a dropdown option on the Responses page. It includes filters and surveys sent without responses. The dropdown labels have been updated for clarity, and the option has been removed from the Contacts page.

New Primary and Technical Contact Fields: We’ve introduced Primary Contact and Technical Contact fields in the Account Settings page, enabling admins to designate key contacts for account administration and technical queries

Improved Security for Self-Registered User Roles: To enhance data security, the User Role dropdown in the self-registration settings now only displays roles with at least one filter applied (e.g., scorecard or lock filters). Roles without filters are excluded from the dropdown. A tooltip has been added to explain this change.
Bug Fixes
- Team Scoreboard Response Count Fix: We’ve resolved an issue where the response count on the Team Scoreboard page did not match the number of responses displayed in other sections of the page.
- Fixed Issue with Blank Screen on Survey Refresh Resolved: We’ve fixed an issue where refreshing a completed survey with AI Dynamic Surveys toggled off resulted in a blank screen. Now, refreshing a finished survey will correctly display the survey as intended.
- Enhanced Data Sync for Marked Active Responses: We’ve improved how survey responses are handled for integrations when a response is marked as active. Previously, the response timestamp did not update correctly, which could cause discrepancies between AskNicely and external integrated systems.
