Integrations are great! They make our systems “talk” to each other across the vast expanse of the internet. Here at AskNicely, we pride ourselves on making integrations that are no muss, no fuss; typically with any of our integrations, there will be a one-time set up process that usually takes no more than a couple of hours - once configured, your Contact data will happily hop to (and sometimes fro) from AskNicely.
There are two main types of integrations:
- Contact Data Importer Integrations - Ways to pull in your contact data. These can be found in the App Store > Integrate.
- Platform Enhancement Integrations - Other ways to take your AskNicely functionality to the next level, for example, by pushing AskNicely data to another platform, or to help manage customer responses. These can be found in the App Store > Discover.
