To ensure your team doesn’t miss important messages, survey responses, alerts, or updates from AskNicely, we strongly recommend that your IT administrator add the following domains to your organization's email allowlist.
This will help prevent our emails from being flagged as spam or junk and ensure a seamless communication experience.
✅ Domains to Allow
Add all of the following domains to your organization’s approved list:

asknice.ly– Our main domain for direct communication from our Account Management, Support, and Success teams. -
asknicely.com– Our secondary email domain. -
asknicelyemail.com– Used for some of our external communication, including surveys and alerts generated from the AskNicely NPS platform. -
msg.asknice.ly– Sends out workflow alerts and survey response notifications. This is critical for customer reply tracking. -
asknicely-a9d04d3bfc5e.intercom-mail.com– Messages from our Intercom-based inboxes come through here. Allowlisting ensures support responses arrive without delay.
