There are a few domains that AskNicely will use to send out emails and notifications.
We suggest that you have your IT administrator add add all four the following addresses to your list of "allowed" domains to ensure that notifications and alerts are not missed or sent into Spam.
asknice.ly - This is our main email domain that we'll primarily use for direct communication from our account executives and customer success/support teams.
asknicely.com - This is our secondary domain that is used for email.
asknicelyemail.com - Where some of external communication will come from, including our own NPS platform.
msg.asknice.ly - This is the domain that we send our alerts and response notifications from. This is key for when you want to be alerted when customers respond to workflows and/or replies you've sent them.
asknicely-a9d04d3bfc5e.intercom-mail.com - A few of our inboxes are auto forwarded to Intercom for a quicker response. This is the email domain for our intercom inbox and adding it to the allowed list will ensure that no messages are lost along the way.
