How Smart Ranking is calculated
When Smart Ranking is turned on, leaderboard rankings into account both the NPS scores given and number of responses to produce a sortable rank.
Formula: NPS - (160/sqrt(Number of responses))
Because of this ranking system....
- You may find that the highest NPS wont always be the top rank, due to a lower volume of responses.
- High NPS, but low responses is quite heavily penalized in the ranking algorithm.
- Data points with fewer than 5 responses are not ranked.
When Smart Ranking is not turned on, you can choose to rank the leaderboard by NPS or Number of Responses.
EXAMPLE
NPS Score 50
Total Responses from 10-1000
