NPS surveys are performed at the Contact level, but with the AskNicely Salesforce integration, you can also calculate and display a Net Promoter Score (NPS) at the Account level.
This article explains how to embed the AskNicely Account NPS component directly into your Account Layout in Salesforce.
🧩 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Edit Your Account Page Layout
Follow these steps within your Salesforce Setup:

Go to Setup > Object Manager > Account > Page Layouts.

Click Edit next to the layout you want to modify (e.g., "Account Layout").

In the left panel, scroll down and click Visualforce Pages.

From the right panel, drag "AskNicely Account NPS" into your preferred location on the layout.

Double-click the embedded component and check the box for “Show label”.
✅ Final Result
After saving your changes, the Account layout will now display the AskNicely Account NPS under the Account Details section—giving you quick visibility into the NPS performance at the account level.
