For all you CSAT and 5-Star admirers out there, great news! We now have the ability to seamlessly sync CSAT and 5-Star responses back into Salesforce thanks to the latest upgrade to our Salesforce Managed Package.

How can I upgrade?
Existing clients who have only used NPS need to upgrade their managed package to v2.9. They should do this before sending the first CSAT survey.
