A common use of AskNicely is to send a survey when a case is closed. We support two methods of doing this:
Option 1. Report Sync
Using Report Sync is an easy way to send surveys to contacts after their cases are closed. Surveys will be sent once per day, and will obey the contact rules you set for that particular report.
The key aspect to making sure your Reports are set up correctly to make them time-bound. so that people are on this list for a short time,
Option 2. Process Builder/Flows
Salesforce Flows is a bit more complicated than a Report sync, but it is also more powerful.
