This integration is one-way only — response data from AskNicely does not sync back to Monday.com.

If you want response data sent back into Monday.com, your team will need to use the AskNicely API (Settings > API) and have a developer involved.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
🔧 In AskNicely

Navigate to App Store > Integrate > Email-to-Survey.

Create a new Email-to-Survey address.

Copy the email address provided — you’ll use this in Monday.com.
🛠️ In Monday.com

Create a New User in Monday.com using the Email-to-Survey address you generated in AskNicely. The user email is the Email-to-Survey address.

Go to the board where you want to trigger survey sends.

Set up a new automation rule:

Example trigger: “When status changes to ‘Done’…”

For the action, select “Send an email to a user” and choose the AskNicely user.

Compose your email body to include only the field names and values that should be passed to AskNicely (e.g.
