Navigate to App Store > Discover > Calendly

Click the Set up button

Enter the FULL Calendly URL (e.g.,
https://calendly.com/asknicely) -
Add your Display Text โ this is how the hyperlink will appear in emails and surveys
๐จ Calendly in Reply Templates
Save time by creating response templates that include your Calendly link.

From the Responses Page, open a response card.

Click on Reply Template.

Select your Calendly-themed template or create a new one.

Edit the default message by clicking the โ๏ธ icon to personalize.
โ๏ธ Calendly in Workflows
You can insert your Calendly link directly into email workflows:

Scroll to the bottom of the Workflows page

Locate the Insert Calendly Link button

Click to insert the link into the body of your email
๐ Note: Only one Calendly link can be used per Workflow. If you insert multiple
{calendly_link}placeholders, all will resolve to the last Calendly URL.
๐งพ Calendly in Your Survey Template
If you have Additional Questions as part of your plan, you can include a Calendly link in your survey.

Go to Surveys > Survey tab

Click +New Question

Select Calendly Link

Customize your display text and Calendly URL
When a respondent clicks โFind a Timeโ:

A Calendly scheduler appears inside the survey

Upon booking, they'll receive a confirmation message

โ Calendly Integration FAQs
Q: Can I use Calendly in SMS workflows?
A: No, Calendly links can't be inserted directly into SMS workflows. However, you can send a Reply Template via SMS that contains a Calendly link.
Q: Can I include multiple Calendly links in a single workflow?
A: No. All instances of {calendly_link} will render the last URL entered.
Q: Can I use multiple Calendly links in one Reply Template?
A: Yes! But only if you're not reusing the {custom_calendly_link} field multiple times. For multiple links, use full URLs instead of the dynamic placeholder.
