This integration connects your AskNicely responses with your Front inbox, surfacing NPS scores and comments as new messages that your team can review, tag, and reply to—without ever leaving Front.
đź”— Connecting AskNicely to Front
The first step is to connect your AskNicely and Front accounts.

Log into both AskNicely and Front in separate browser tabs.

In AskNicely, go to App Store > Discover > Front > Configure.

Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize the connection between both platforms.

Once connected, you’ll return to the Front Integration configuration screen in AskNicely where you can choose the Front inbox channel where NPS scores and feedback will be sent.
Nothing will be sent until you configure your workflow rules in the next step.
⚡ Configuring the Workflow to Send Data Back to Front
After the connection is complete, you’ll need to configure a Workflow in AskNicely to send responses into Front.

Navigate to the Workflows page (⚡ lightning bolt icon).

Create a new Front Workflow using your preferred trigger rules (e.g., Score is less than 7).

Choose the action: Send to Front.

Customize the message content with dynamic fields like
{name}

,{answer}
, and any custom contact fields you need.
Once saved, the Workflow will appear on your Workflows page. Use the toggle switch to enable or disable it at any time.

Whenever a customer responds to a survey, AskNicely will automatically send their NPS score and comment to the designated Front inbox as a new message.
This allows your team to:
