Sendoso is a gifting platform that allows you to send e-gift cards and physical gifts directly from the Response window in AskNicely. This integration makes it easy to delight customers with a personalized thank-you after receiving survey feedback.
🔗 1. Connect the Integration
To activate the Sendoso Integration:

Go to App Store > Integrate > Sendoso

Click Set Up

You'll be prompted to log into your Sendoso account
Once authenticated, AskNicely will be connected to Sendoso.
✅ Next Step: Open the Responses page in AskNicely to initialize your Sendoso connection.
💌 2. How to Send an E-Voucher or E-Gift
After completing the setup, you can send gifts directly from the Responses tab.
🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the Responses page and click Reply on a specific response

In the reply window, click the Sendoso logo at the bottom

Log into Sendoso (if prompted)

Choose the gift you want to send

Select a delivery method
💡 Important: The only delivery format that will show up in AskNicely is:
“Generate eGift links to download”

Select a dollar amount and click Generate and Download

Copy the generated gift URL

Paste the URL into your message and send!
✅ Confirmation
You’ll see a 👁️ (eye emoji) at the bottom of your sent message once the customer has viewed it.
