This article explains how the Palace + AskNicely integration works and how to configure your survey settings for the best results. Palace manages the integration entirely using a one-way API connection, sending people into AskNicely for feedback collection. No data is sent back to Palace.

⚙️ How the Integration Works
Palace uses the Bulk Add/Send API to send people into AskNicely. This is a one-way integration:

🔔 Important:
When the integration is connected for the first time, a survey will be sent to all contacts who meet the Owner and Tenancy criteria, regardless of when you last interacted with them.

📍 These fields appear on the People page in AskNicely and can be used for filtering, leaderboards, or workflows.
🧠 Need Multiple Survey Templates?
We recommend starting with just one default Survey Template, using a universal NPS question such as:
“How likely are you to recommend [Your Company Name] to a friend or colleague?”
This question is effective for both owners and tenants and generally results in quality feedback across both audiences.
When to Use Multiple Survey Templates:
If you want different branding, tone, or logos for each audience (owners vs tenants), you can configure Multiple Survey Templates in AskNicely.

A: No. The integration is one-way. Feedback lives in AskNicely only.
