- Import Landlords and Tenants for survey scheduling
- Trigger surveys after inspections and maintenance updates
- Automatically update existing records based on PropertyMe data
AskNicely will:
- Pull property records updated in the past 24 hours
- Import or update contacts tied to those records
- Match each contact with the correct survey based on their segment value
Some examples of Scheduler scenarios that can be configured:
- Landlord NPS annually from Property Authority Start Date
- Landlord CSAT 1 month after Created On Date
- Tenant NPS at 6 and 12 months post-Tenancy Lease Start Date
- Tenant CSAT 14 days after Tenancy Lease Start Date
- Tenant CSAT 14 days after Tenancy Vacate Date

Yes—you’ll need to contact AskNicely Support to update the daily sync schedule.
🔁 Import Contacts Without Triggering Surveys
If you want to import contacts without triggering a survey, let your AskNicely contact know during setup so they can enable the “import only” mode. You can queue surveys later using Send Schedulers.
✉️ How to Configure Survey Templates for Triggered Imports
When your PropertyMe integration is configured to automatically trigger inspection and/or maintenance surveys, AskNicely will pull in tenant contacts and automatically survey them.
- Maintenance and Inspection are retrieved by status
Closed
& by a timestamp (midnight the previous day)
You will need to let AskNicely know which templates you would like to use when triggering these surveys.
To configure template rules:
- Navigate to: Settings (Cog) > API > Survey Template tab
- Select:

Note on Archiving Owners In PropertyMe
You cannot archive an Owner contact if they are associated with a property, so those need to be archived first.
Process to archive an Owner contact in PropertyMe
- Find the contact under Contacts > All
- If they are assigned to any properties click through to each one
- Archive the property by clicking Archive from the Actions menu
- Once all properties are archived, on the contact, click Archive from the Actions menu
