This article outlines the specific areas within the AskNicely platform that incorporate third-party Reviews (e.g., Google Reviews) and which areas only utilize standard survey responses.
Dashboards
Review data can be displayed on your main dashboards by applying a metric filter.

Head Office, Frontline Manager, and Frontline Staff Dashboards:
By selecting the Reviews metric filter at the top of these dashboards, most components will update to display the relevant Review Count, Review Details, and Review Score.

Areas That Do Not Change:
The User Engagement component does not change when selecting the Reviews filter.
The Focus Area component does not change when selecting the Reviews filter.

Overview Page:
By selecting the Reviews metric filter at the top of the Overview page, the data will update to display the reviews data.
The Responses Page
The Responses page is used for managing individual feedback, including third-party reviews.
Note: If Reviews have been deleted by Google, we will hide the Reviews in AskNicely.

Viewing Reviews:
Selecting the Reviews option from the metric filter at the top of the Responses page will display all incoming reviews, rather than survey responses.

Replying to Reviews:
Users can manually reply to reviews.
Users can utilize the AI-generated replies feature.
After clicking "Send" the reply will be posted directly on Google.

Collaboration:
Users can add notes to reviews, just as they would with survey responses, enabling internal collaboration with colleagues.
Workflows
Workflows manage automated actions based on incoming data.

Alert Workflows:
Available. Alert workflows can be set up for incoming reviews.

Autoreply Workflows:
Available for accounts with the Reputations Manager add-on. View the response agent article for more details.
AI Insights
The AI Insights report can be used to analyze review data.

Generating a Review Report:
When accessing the AI Insights section, users can select the Reviews filter metric at the top.
This action will generate an AI Insights report tailored to the Google reviews content.
Spotlight View
The spotlight view displays review data at the location level. To view it, select "Reviews" as a metric type.
