After installing the AskNicely Salesforce integration, you can easily display customer survey responses directly on both Contact and Account layouts within Salesforce. This guide walks you through how to configure each layout to show NPS results and feedback.
👤 Contact Level Responses
⭐ Displaying the Most Recent NPS Score
To show the latest NPS score directly on the Contact layout:

Go to Salesforce Setup > Object Manager > Contact > Page Layouts.

Select and edit the appropriate layout (e.g., “Contact Layout”).

Locate the “NPS …” fields in the field selection panel.

Drag and drop these fields onto the desired section of your layout.
🗂️ Displaying ALL Contact Responses
To list all AskNicely responses related to a contact:

While editing the same layout, go to the top menu and select Related Lists.

Drag AskNicely Responses onto the layout.

Click the wrench icon on the newly added Related List.

Select which fields to display in the list.
✅ Success! You've now configured your Contact Layout. Next, let’s set up the Account Layout.
🏢 Account Level Responses
Viewing responses at the Account level allows you to monitor customer feedback across all associated contacts.
🔔 Important: To enable Account-level response visibility, make sure:
The Account ID is included in any Report synced into AskNicely.
You’ve mapped this value correctly in the Matching Fields during setup.
🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Account Page Layout

In Salesforce Setup, navigate to:
Customize > Account > Page Layouts -
Choose the layout you want to modify and click Edit.
Step 2: Add the AskNicely Responses Related List

In the layout editor, go to the top menu and select Related Lists.

Locate AskNicely Responses and drag it into the layout.
Step 3: Customize the Displayed Fields

Click the wrench icon on the AskNicely Responses section.

In the popup, choose the fields you'd like to display in the related list.
Once saved, the Account layout will now include a box labeled AskNicely Responses, where all feedback tied to related contacts will be shown.
