1. โ Convert Your Custom Field to a Date Field
Before you begin, AskNicely needs to recognize the field you're using (e.g., closed_won_date
, signup_date
) as a Date field.
To do this:

Go to Settings > Data Management

Find the field you want to use

Click to edit it and set its Data Definition to a Date format

Once the field is a Date field, go to your Send page (paper airplane icon):
