When requesting to utilize AskNicely's SMS-based surveys, there are unique requirements that need to be completed in order to verify your business and begin sending surveys.

Depending on which region your business is based on, compliance requirements are different. Please refer to this page to understand the documentation you must provide our team.

For US/Canada business your EIN/CBN is required for verification.

Sending Number Customization

AskNicely has access to a number of Area Codes from which to send your SMS surveys from. We cannot guarantee availability for all preferences, but will choose the closest in physical proximity available.

Need to Know

Please keep in mind, that once we activate SMS surveys on your account, any Contact with a phone number assigned to their Active Contact Record will receive an SMS survey attempt first. Those specific Contacts will only receive an email survey if the phone number does not exist or if the phone number field is blank. Some telecommunication companies use a "call to text" feature for landlines. If so, AskNicely will consider this a successful send. Please complete your due diligence in providing accurate mobile numbers for your Contacts.
