Email Digests help you stay on top of key performance metrics, customer feedback, and team actions - all delivered straight to your inbox.
With our recent update, these digests are now personalized to your role and packed with the insights that matter most, so you can move from insight to action faster.
NOTE: This feature is currently in Beta and is not available to all accounts.
What’s Included in the Digest?
Depending on your role, your digest may include:
- Score and Insight Overview: Your performance score with commentary on what’s changed.
- Outstanding Actions Summary: A breakdown of pending actions (e.g. follow-ups, tasks) across your teams.
- Focus Area Progress: Track how your team(s) are progressing on assigned focus areas.
Positive Responses: Stay up to date and read the most recent positive comments from customers.
- Leaderboard & Scorecard: See the top performers across teams or individuals.
- Survey Stats Summary: Delivery stats including sent, opened, responded, and response rate.
Configuration
It’s easy to get started with the new digests. Here’s how they’re configured:
For Admins
- Go to User Roles in the Settings menu.
- For each role, choose:
- Whether to opt users into Weekly and/or Monthly digests.
- Select which field should be used to rank leaderboards and get trends insights for each user role (e.g. city, region, country and more).
- All new tenants are automatically opted into the Weekly Digest.
- When a digest is opted in at the role level, all users assigned to that role will automatically begin receiving the default digest.
- Users can still choose to subscribe or unsubscribe from their own settings at any time.
For Individual Users
- Head to your My Settings page.
- Set up your subscription preferences for Weekly and Monthly digests.
- See exactly which digests you're subscribed to and adjust them at any time.
