Why are Notices Important?
Notices are a way to manage communications meant for the desk-less. We understand that a culture of appreciation makes the difference in creating engaged and efficient staff, so AskNicely provides various notice types that can be sent to your teammates.
Notice Types
These Notices will show up as push notifications. Currently, we have 5 available Notice Types. The messaging can range from urgent updates to lighthearted shoutouts. There is a different look and feel whether delivering important company updates or congratulating your coworkers on a job well done so you can be sure the tone matches the message.
Urgent Notice
Is a notice that quickly communicates urgent information that impacts customers and staff. This will send emails and mobile notifications. Eg: Global Pandemic, Covid19…
General Notice
Is a notice to your customer-facing staff to keep them across key information
Shoutout
Is a notice to motivate your teams by sending them a Shoutout and celebrating their great work. Eg: XYX Branch received awesome feedback all week
Coaching
Is a notice to help nudge your team to CX mastery with short, snackable learning contect when they need it most. Eg: When discussing XYZ with a client…
Leader Notice
Keep your customer-facing staff updated with relevant information from the leaders in your business. This will send emails and mobile notifications. Eg: CEO Update, News from the Boardroom
How to send a Notice
To access your notices, please visit your Dashboard > Notices > Send a Notice
After you select your desired Notice Type, you’ll need to add your recipient(s). You do have the ability to send to everyone in your organization, by selecting everyone or typing in the name of the recipient if you plan to send to one person.
You have up to 300 characters to leverage to type your actual notice. We find short, snackable size, notices resonate the best, then select Send.
