General Improvements
Read-Only User Roles: If users want to invite people to their account but not allow them to make any changes, they can now create a role with a Read Only permission. This will enable them to read reviews but not perform actions.
A user with "Read Only" permission CANNOT:
- Reply to Reviews
- Delete Reviews
- Showcase Reviews
- Add Notes to Reviews
How to set it up:
- Navigate to Account and select the Roles tab.
- Create a new role or edit an existing one.
- Scroll to the Actions section at the bottom of the permissions list and select Read Only.
- Save the role and apply it to the users who need read-only access.
- Use the Test button to test how it works.
Regenerate AI Responses with Tone and Length: Users can now ReGenerate AI review responses and choose a Tone and Length for the response. This option is also available when creating an initial response.
- Go to a Review
- Choose a Tone: Select from Professional, Apologetic, Friendly, and even Funny.
- Choose a Length: Create a short, concise response or a longer, more detailed one.
Alphabetical Sorting on All Locations Dashboard: By default, the All Locations dashboard is sorted by location rank. Users can now sort locations alphabetically by simply clicking the sort icon at the top of the page. All dashboard entries will now be listed alphabetically. Click the icon again to go back to sorting by rank.
Export Reviews: Users can now export reviews to a CSV file. This file can be opened in a spreadsheet program or used by other tools for analysis.
How to export reviews:
- From the Reviews page, use the filters to select the reviews you want to export (e.g., all reviews, just Yelp, or just 1-star reviews).
- Open the advanced filters and click the Export Reviews button.
- Your reviews will be exported and saved to your Downloads folder with the filename
reviews_date.csv.
Turn off Social Images: Social Images can now be disabled. This will stop new social images from being generated from your reviews and appearing in your timeline. Previously generated images will remain. Social images have to be disabled on a location-by-location basis.
How to disable the feature:
- Select a Location.
- Go to Setup -> Reputation -> Social Images.
- Turn off the setting for Social Images Enabled.
Review Notes: Users can now leave multiple notes on reviews to capture a full conversation. This replaces the previous single-note system. Each new note includes a timestamp and the name of the person who left the comment.
- To add a note: Choose the Add Note option from the three-dot menu for the review.
- To find reviews with notes: Use the advanced filter at the top of the reviews page and select Has Notes.
Timeline Filters and "Set as Seen": The Timeline page displays a stream of key events, including new reviews, KPI updates, and new listings. You can now better manage this feed with new tools.
- Filter the Timeline: Users can filter the view by Service (e.g., Google Business, Facebook) or by Event Type (e.g., New Review, New Report). This can be accessed by clicking on the downwards arrow on the top right of the Timeline page.
- Mark Events as Seen: Use the Set All as Seen button to mark all events in your current filtered view as "Seen." This clears events from the timeline.
