If you are the sole administrator of your AskNicely account, we highly recommend you share out the multiple User licenses that come with your account to get engagement from other members of your organization and share the wealth of knowledge that you will be receiving from your customer base.

Overview
Click Settings > Users > Users to view your current list of Users. If this is your first time accessing your account, this might just be you.
You can see the number of User licenses you have by looking at the numbers next to Users at the top of the page. The numbers displayed are registered Users and total number of available User licenses.
There are two ways to add Users into AskNicely - individually, and in bulk by CSV.
Adding Individual Users
To add Users, click the blue Add User button.
In the popup that appears, enter in the new User's information.
Accounts come with three default User Role types, unless you have purchased custom User roles. This table generalizes the access for each User role which are on by default - you can control specific permissions by turning the toggles on or off.
You can also select whether you want this User to be subscribed to a weekly email report from AskNicely.
If you have locked filters set up for the User Role you are assigning to this User, you will also need to select a data value to control what that User sees. You can select from one of the existing values in the drop down, or click 'Add New Data' to create a new field
Note: If you are adding
a new field, please make it matches exactly
how this field will be spelled when it
is brought into AskNicely
After the information is set for this User, click Save and exit the dialog, or Save and Add Another to continue adding Users. The more the merrier!
Users will get an emailed invite to login and create their password. They will also get a separate email inviting them to download the AskNicely mobile app, available for Android and iPhone Users.
Adding/Updating Users in Bulk by CSV
See this article on how to add users in bulk by CSV and the specific considerations involved.
Updating Users
You can update Users individually on the same page. Click Edit User next to the individual's record to change their contact details, User Role and/or Locked Filter(s).
Removing Users
Select “Edit” next to the User you want to remove and select “Remove User.” This will remove their User record and they should no longer receive any communications from AskNicely.
If you are an Admin, instruct your Users and employees to reach out to you for verified access to the platform. For security purposes, our AskNicely team will always consult with account Admins on granting access and increased visibility to unregistered/existing Users.
