Turning on Anonymous Responses will hide the name and contact details on all survey responses you receive.
If you are interested in having this feature get in touch with our Customer Success team and they will switch this on for you.
When Customer Success has switched this on for you, it's important to note that by default the survey responder will not have the option to show their name and contact details.
If you would like to give the survey responder the ability to choose whether or not they would like to respond anonymously, follow the guide below.
How To Give Survey Responders Choice of Anonymity
Add a new Group above the finish card.
Add a 'list question' to the new card.
Set the 'Question Key' as 'keepanonymous' (important!) and hit save.
Select 'show option values' & add a second option.
Make sure the value of option 1 is set to 'yes' and the value of option 2 is set to 'no'.
For clarity/readability we recommend setting the message to "Would you like to keep your response anonymous?"
The label of option1 to "Keep my response anonymous".
And the label of option2 to "Share my contact details".
