When you integrate AskNicely with Salesforce, an AskNicely Response custom object is added to your Salesforce organization. Each time a customer completes a survey, AskNicely creates a new AskNicely Response record.
This article explains how to create a dedicated tab in Salesforce to view all AskNicely Response records in one place.
⚡ For Lightning Experience

Go to Setup in Salesforce.

Navigate to:
PLATFORM TOOLS > User Interface > Tabs -
Add a New Custom Object Tab for the object:
AskNicely Response -
Then go to:
PLATFORM TOOLS > Apps > App Manager -
Locate and click Edit next to your app (e.g. LightningSales).

On the SELECT ITEMS tab:

Move AskNicely from Available Items to Selected Items

🕰️ For Salesforce Classic

Go to Setup.

Navigate to:
Build > Create > Tabs -
Add a New Custom Object Tab for the object:
AskNicely Response -
In your Salesforce interface, click the “+” icon in the top tab bar.

Click Customize My Tabs

Move AskNicely from Available Tabs to Selected Tabs
