⚙️ Connect Salesforce and AskNicely in Minutes
How to Integrate with Salesforce:
Log into your AskNicely account
Click on App Store > Integrate > Salesforce

Select Configure, then follow the instructions to authorize Salesforce in Production
💡 Sandbox access is available at an additional cost—contact our Support Team to enable it.
When prompted, log into your Salesforce.com account
Click Allow to grant AskNicely permission to Salesforce.com data
You'll return to AskNicely's Salesforce integration page and see your Salesforce Organization's name listed
Click on the link that appears on the integration page after clicking Allow
When prompted, select Install for All Users
Click Install followed by Done
🔐 How the Integration Works
AskNicely authenticates using the username and password of someone in your Salesforce account
Please set up integration under a Salesforce Admin or a user with "View Setup and Configuration" permissions
Once that authentication is in place, our API calls to Salesforce run under the User was used to set up OAuth.
Visibility Access Options:
You can install the AskNicely Managed Package for:
All users
Admins only
Specific users
This determines who can view the AskNicely Response Object related lists.
Important Notes:
AskNicely does NOT use any of the following:
Chatbot services
Custom permissions
Headless password APIs
DataCloud resources
Passwordless login APIs

The most recent version of the AskNicely Response Managed Package is Version 2.17.
