General Improvements
- Tweaked Dynamic Surveys: AI Dynamic Surveys now accurately classify CSAT and 5-Star ratings, ensuring promoters are consistently prompted for additional feedback. If a contact’s score changes, the survey will now reference their previous response.
- Separated Trend Report Insights: The Trend Report page now displays individual insights for each unique value, rather than grouping multiple variables under Promoter or Detractor insights.
- Trend Report Leaderboard Update: The leaderboard on the Trend Report page now includes a delta indicator in the ‘Overall’ column to highlight score changes over time.
- Location Logo Upload: Logos can now be uploaded and managed directly within the location management UI. See this article section.
- Segment Option Added to Contacts: The updated Contacts page now allows users to add a new custom segment when creating or editing a contact.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Anonymous Responses on Mobile App: Resolved an issue where customer names could be revealed by repeatedly tapping on "anonymous" in the mobile app view.

General Improvements
- Tweaks to the Survey Send Rules: You can now set custom send rules in the Survey Scheduler to be specific to a survey template. Choose to apply intervals based on any last survey sent or only when the same survey template was last sent, allowing for finer control over survey frequency.
- Trend Report: Insights wording now displays the timeframes instead of displaying "selected period" to improve clarity.
- AI Insights: When generating a report, a warning will now appear if your selected filters result in 10 or fewer responses with comments.
- Aligned Decimal Formatting: Aligned decimal formatting on the Statistics page.
