You have multiple flexible options to send surveys depending on your workflow:
Manually queue or send from the Contact Page
Send surveys quickly to individual customers or queue them in bulk.
Go to your Contacts page
Select the customers you want to survey

Click the bulk action button and queue the selected contacts. These contacts will be sent the template associated with them (visible on the contact page).
Click the Actions button next to each contact and select the template you'd like to send.
