Multi-lingual Capabilities and Limitations
This article outlines our platform's current translation capabilities and limitations.
Platform User Interface
The user interface of our platform, including all buttons, menu items, and general navigation, is in English only.
Sending Multi-lingual Surveys
To send surveys in multiple languages, you must create individual survey templates for each language. At present, there is no functionality to dynamically translate a single survey template based on a contact's custom field data.
AI Dynamic Surveys
Our AI Dynamic Surveys feature can adapt to the language used in the survey template or the language of the customer's response. The AI will then generate subsequent questions in the same language as the respondent.
Survey Responses
Once survey responses are submitted, we do not offer automatic translation of the response data within the platform.
AI Insights Report
The AI Insights report is generated in English. However, the underlying AI models are capable of understanding and analyzing responses in various languages*.
Themes
The Themes feature is multi-lingual with the following behaviors:
- Keyword Themes: You can define keyword themes in any language you choose. The system will then scan for those specific keywords.
- AI Themes: The AI will treat each language as a separate theme. For example, if the word "communication" appears in both English and Spanish responses, it will be categorized as two distinct themes.
Focus Areas
The list for Focus Areas can be multi-lingual. This is because the list is populated by:
- Scorecard topics, which are static and set by the administrator.
- Themes, which are also somewhat static and approved by the administrator.
