The AskNicely App Store is your central hub for discovering, enabling, and configuring integrations that enhance your survey and reporting workflows.
From importing Contacts to triggering survey sends and feeding results into tools like Slack or Salesforce, the App Store allows you to connect AskNicely with the tools you already use—while also unlocking features you might not be using yet.

Step-by-Step Instructions
✅ Accessing the App Store

Click the App Store icon (🏠) in the lower-left corner of the AskNicely interface

Choose from the left-hand menu:

Discover – Explore new add-ons and product features

Integrate – Set up data imports and outbound survey integrations

Installed Apps – View and manage all apps and integrations you’ve already enabled

🔍 What You’ll Find in Each Section

| Discover | Add-ons to expand your AskNicely capabilities (e.g., Frontline Coaching, Advanced Workflows) |
| Integrate | Tools to connect your CRM, helpdesk, or automation platform for importing Contacts and triggering surveys |

Exploring and Configuring Apps

Clicking a tile takes you to that app’s dedicated page

You’ll find two tabs:

Overview – Learn the purpose and benefits of the integration or feature

Configure – Get step-by-step setup instructions and connection options

💡 If you access the app from the “Installed Apps” section, you’ll be taken directly to the Configure tab.
