Connecting your Google Business Profile to AskNicely Reputation allows you to monitor and respond to reviews, track your reputation performance, and automatically direct your happiest customers to leave Google reviews.
Follow the steps below to connect your profile quickly and securely.
Step 1: Start the Connection Process
Log in to your AskNicely Reputation account.
Make sure at the top of the screen you see "All Locations", alternatively click on the dropdown at the top and select All Locations.
Click Connect on the menu.
You will be redirected to a page with all your Google profiles (for each location).
Step 2: Connect Profile
Click Connect for each profile.
Choose the email address you want to use to connect. This should be the email address you use to manage the Google Business Profile.
Accept the permissions requested by AskNicely Reputation. This allows us to:
Access your business information
Retrieve and display reviews
Enable responding to reviews from within your dashboard
Choose the Business Profile or profiles you want to connect.
