Review widgets are a powerful way to leverage social proof and showcase your best feedback to prospective customers. Reputation Manager makes it quick and easy to display these reviews by providing four preconfigured widgets that are ready for immediate use.
🚀 Step-by-Step Instructions
The default widgets are designed to work for most users without additional configuration. Follow these steps to find and install your chosen widget:
Log in to Reputation Manager.
Navigate to the Showcase Reviews page located under Reputation on the navigation menu.
Click the top dropdown menu to see the four available preconfigured options:
Reviews Popup: A default widget when you want to use the popup reviews widget.
Reviews Carousel: A default widget configured to use the reviews carousel widget.
Reviews List: A default widget when you want to use the reviews list widget.
Reviews Grid: A default widget when you want to use the reviews grid widget.
Decide on the review widget type you want to use on your web page and Select it from the top dropdown menu.
Locate the script code box and Copy the script code.
Paste the script code into the HTML of your website where you want the reviews to appear, or email the code to your web developer.
Once the code is added, refresh your web page to see your showcased reviews appear.

Q: Where do I find the reviews widgets in the menu? A: You can find them by clicking on Reputation in the main sidebar and then selecting Showcase Reviews.
Q: Do I need to update the script if I get new reviews? A: No. Once the script is installed on your website, it will automatically update to show your newest showcased reviews without you needing to change the code.
Q: Can I use different review widgets on different pages? A: Yes, you can select any of the four types, copy their specific scripts, and place them on different pages of your site as needed.
