Themes are data-driven analyses of what’s directly influencing your customer experience metrics and displays them for immediate review. Focusing on the comment question in your Survey, proven analytic models extract and categorize key sentiments from the text provided in suggested terms and phrases. Your managers are then equipped with an up-to-the-minute view of what customers care about and what’s having the biggest impact on scores.
🔐 You must have an Open Comment question with the question key of
commentin order for Themes to work.
Getting Started
AI Themes are currently only available in English
If available on your account, AI Themes can be activated from the Settings page > Account > Settings
Classic Themes are available to all AskNicely accounts
Creating Suggested Themes
Using a detailed description of your business use case, company values, or other valuable services, you can dictate the Themes Tool to analyze existing Response data to build new Theme Buckets.
Selecting "Generate Themes" will provide suggested Themes that can be added by simply clicking on "Add Theme"
AI Themes are currently only available in English
Continued Theme Monitoring
As Response data continues to appear in your account, AskNicely will periodically provide you with "Suggested Themes" at the bottom of the Themes Page
Add the Suggested Theme at any time by clicking on "Accept".
🔥Hot Tip:
The data visible on your Dashboard and Themes page is influenced by any filters
you have set at the top of the page.
Expand or drill down your Filters to see more/less data.
Theme Management
Theme names can be edited or deleted at any time by hovering over the term and clicking on the pencil or trash icon, respectively.
Unlike Classic Themes, once an Advanced Theme is created, you do not need to manually maintain the theme category by adding or removing words. AskNicely will intelligently manage the phrases within each theme for you and pull Response data into each Theme.
