How it works
AI Insights allows you to filter the data you would like to analyze and specify which aspects of the business you would like to hone in on by selecting how to break down the data.
Our NiceAI model uses a two-step process to deliver the most accurate insights. In the first step, we prompt the AI to generate a general summary of the data, considering any applied filters and the selected breakdown. In the second step, we provide the AI with the generated list of breakdowns, enabling it to deliver deeper insights and specific examples for each breakdown (e.g. for each location).
Select a Filter
Access AI Insights from Menu > Dashboard > AI Insights.
To initiate a new report, you can select which filters you would like to apply.
Select a Breakdown
Once you have selected the filters, you will have to select a breakdown value by clicking on the drop-down button at the top right.
Generate Insight
Once you have selected a breakdown, you will have access to the Generate Insight button. Click Generate Insights to generate the report.
How to read the report
AI Insights reports are composed of two sections:
- The Summary: This section summarises and highlights key information from all the responses included within the selected filters. This section will outline the most important themes, helping you prioritize areas for improvement and praise areas of excellence.
- Insights from Breakdown: This second section breaks down the information based on the selected breakdown value and summarises the customer's feedback for each specific value. It also includes some examples of responses for each breakdown value.

Actions
You can access the actions button in the top right corner of the report. When clicking on actions, you will be able to:
- Download the report
- Delete the report
- Make a report public
Edit Report Name
Users can easily rename reports by clicking directly on the report name. Alternatively, hovering over the report name will reveal an Edit button, allowing users to rename it with autosave functionality.
Share Reports
By default, reports will only be visible to the user who generated it and Admin users. Users can share links to specific AI Insights reports by making the report public and sharing the URL from their browser's address bar. Each report generates a unique, dynamic URL for easy sharing, provided recipients have the necessary permissions. Users without access will see a clear message explaining why they cannot access a report.
