๐ Introduction
The Crosstabs Report page allows you to create custom reports using contact fields you import into AskNicely (e.g., Branch, Region) combined with AskNicely data points like Cases and NPS scores. This tool is perfect for analyzing feedback across multiple dimensions.
๐ Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access Crosstabs
From the Dashboard, navigate to the Crosstabs section.
2. Configure Your Report
Choose a Stub (Row Headers): Select the data you want displayed as rows (e.g., Branch).
Choose a Banner (Column Headers): Select the data you want displayed as columns (e.g., Rating).
Select Data Type: Choose whether to show data by Account or by NPS score.
๐ก Example: If you set Branch as your stub and Rating as your banner, youโll quickly see how each branch performs across different NPS scores.
3. Save Your Crosstab
Once youโve configured a Crosstab thatโs useful, click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Save.
Your saved Crosstab will appear in the left-hand menu under Crosstabs, so you can revisit it whenever you need.
