Introduction
Trend Reports enable businesses to monitor trends over time within their customer feedback data and provide actionable insights that can translate into real world changes. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which users can access the report?
A: The 'View main dashboard' user role permission controls which users have access to the report.
Q: Why do the insights boxes sometimes disappear?
A: The Insights boxes are hidden when we determine that we cannot calculate a worthy insight.
Q: How do you find the insights?
A: We take the time range that the report is filtered for (e.g. Last 6 months) and consider that the reporting set of responses, we then take the 6 months preceding this period and use the responses from that period as the comparison set of responses. In other words, if the report is for the last 6 months then we look at the last 12 months and compare the two halves. These dates adjust dynamically depending on the selected filters.
