Trend Reports are now available!
Trend Reports are now enabled for all eligible customers. They provide visual insights into customer feedback trends to help you identify key drivers, make data-driven decisions, and take action on insights. Learn more about Trend Reports.
If you can’t see Trend Reports, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team.
General Improvements
- New Integration Sikka for Dentrix Users: You can now sync patient contact and appointment data from Dentrix (on-premise) via Sikka to trigger automated surveys after appointments. This integration ensures daily data sync for accurate and timely feedback collection.
- Aligned Decimal Formatting: Several pages, including AI Insights, Benchmark Graphs, and Reports, have been updated to ensure decimal places dynamically adjust based on what is configured in the settings.
- CSAT Values Now Display on Leaderboards: CSAT leaderboards on the question field will now show the CSAT labels rather than the numerical values.
Bug Fixes
- Survey Count Consistency: Fixed an issue where survey response counts in the Survey Template leaderboard were inconsistent due to a timestamp mismatch. Counts now accurately reflect the selected time period.
- Palace Integration: Resolved Palace integration failures and improved reliability by implementing sequence flow logic for smoother data processing.
- Date Format in Contacts Page Filter: Filtering on date fields will now display the dates in the correct format, matching the format used in contact line items.
- Date Format in Leaderboard Dropdown: The Leaderboard dropdown now displays dates in the proper format, ensuring consistency with contact line items for a clearer user experience.

Workflow Triggers: We've fixed an issue where workflows using the

separator sometimes triggered on incorrect responses. - Default Survey Template Filter: We've fixed an issue where the Default Template was missing from the Survey Template filter options.
- Trend Report Filters: Fixed an issue where user-locked filters and dashboard filters were not correctly applied in the Trend Report.

General Improvements
- Corrected Scorecard Graph for 5-Point Scale: We've fixed an issue on the Home/Teams screen on the mobile app where the scorecard graph didn’t accurately reflect 5-point scores. The horizontal lines are now properly adjusted based on the score range.
- Team Scoreboard 'All Responses' Now Displays Correctly: We've fixed an issue where the 'All Responses' filter on the Team Scoreboard didn’t always show the correct total or display the selected filter properly. The default selection now consistently reflects 'All Responses'.
- Consistent Decimal Formatting Across Reports: We've updated various reports and graphs to ensure decimal places are dynamically formatted instead of using hardcoded values.
