Over time, you'll gather a valuable, searchable collection of insights from your contacts.
📝 How to Tag a Conversation
To tag a conversation:

Navigate to the relevant message

Click on Notes
-
Add a relevant hashtag using the format
#[tagname]
🔍 Identify Topics and Trends in Your Feedback
When your team tags feedback consistently over time, you'll gain visibility into trending issues and themes. Tagging with general labels like #issue
, #praise
, or #request
lets you later analyze the volume and timing of common customer topics.
To view feedback with a particular hashtag:

Click directly on any tag (e.g.
#delay
) to view all responses using it -
Or go to the top of the page and:

Click Add Filter

Select Hashtag
-
Choose your desired tag

This will display:

All responses using the “#delay” tag
-
Total number of tagged responses

Volume trends over time
📤 Share Your Report with Relevant Teammates
Once you’ve filtered for a specific hashtag, it’s easy to share or export the results:
Option 1: Save and Share a View

On the Dashboard, click Save Filter next to the filter name to bookmark a view.

Share the saved link with colleagues for ongoing access.
Option 2: Export Tagged Responses

Go to the Responses page

Click Download
-
Choose Current View to export only responses that include your selected hashtag(s)
This gives your team powerful insight into customer trends and helps drive informed decisions across departments.
