🎯 Introduction
Some online services require you to authorize access before Reputation Manager can access and monitor your data.
In Reputation Manager, the term Connect means authorizing access to your account so the platform can monitor and manage your information.
Connecting is the same as authenticating or authorizing access.
📍 Where to Find Services That Require Connection
Services that require connection/authentication are listed on the Connect page under the Setup menu.
To view them:
1️⃣ Open the Setup menu.
2️⃣ Select Connect.
You will see a list of services that:
Are already connected
Can be connected
✅ Why You Should Connect Services
You should connect as many services as possible.
Connecting services allows Reputation Manager to:
Access more detailed data
Monitor listing information
Manage reviews and interactions (where supported)
Provide more accurate reporting
The more services you connect, the more complete your data will be.
🔗 How to Connect a Service
Connect an Existing Listing
1️⃣ Go to Setup → Connect.
2️⃣ Locate the listing in the list.
3️⃣ Click the Connect button beside the listing.
4️⃣ Complete the authorization process for that service.
You will be redirected to the service to approve access.
Add a Listing That Is Not Listed
If the listing does not appear:
1️⃣ Find the option for your service that says:
"click to add a new <service> presence not listed here"
2️⃣ Follow the prompts to add and connect the new listing.
🔄 Re-Connecting Services
Some services may require re-connection if:
Authorization expires
Account permissions change
The service updates its authentication policies
To reconnect a service:
1️⃣ Go to Setup → Connect.
2️⃣ Locate the listing that needs to be reconnected.
3️⃣ Click Disconnect.
4️⃣ Click Connect again.
5️⃣ Complete the authorization process.

Q: What does “Connect” mean?
