Improvements
Collect
- Responses: Incoming SMS from ‘unanswered’ responses will not trigger integrations (e.g. Slack messages). This would happen if a contact directly responded to an SMS survey via SMS rather than clicking on the survey link.
- SMS Surveys: Updated language to make it clear that the displayed Survey URL is an example only
Respond
- Users: Multiple UI improvements with the goal of improving user clarity when setting their password. This is to solve recent issues where users have mistaken the phone number field for the password field.
- Users: Default ‘User’ role will now have permission to view triggered workflows. This only applies to accounts where user roles are not configurable. This user role already has permission to trigger workflows.
- Dashboard: Updated CSAT and Five Star ratings to be consistently displayed to 1dp across multiple pages.
- Keyword Report: Updated list of stop words to be excluded from the report (too long to list)
- Workflows: Adjusted the UI so that tags are displayed above the Stats line and the Stats link is on the same link as the actual stats.
Assess
- Case Management Report: The Average Time column should no longer auto-convert values from hours to days if the number of hours exceeds 24. This was causing inconsistency in exports and users were manually converting days back into hours for standardized reporting.
- AI Themes: Upgraded to Claude 3 Sonnet model. This updated model should have more accurate classification of comments into themes.

- Added ‘has hashtags/none’ filter operators for the Hashtag filter on Mobile
Grow/Transform

Review Request: Fixed multiple minor display and wording issues with the Review Request button configuration process.
- The CTA button in the survey should now grow in height if the user-provided label is too long for a single line.
- AskNicely TV: CSAT and FiveStar detractor comments will now be filtered out when the ‘hide detractor comments’ toggle is enabled

Team Scoreboard: The scorecard picker will now act as a filter for all responses on the page. Changing the scorecard will update the filter in the filter bar.
- The page no longer excludes responses with ‘no scorecard’. These responses occur when a response is started but the contact does not select a topic as part of their responses (e.g. closes the page).
- Executive Summary: Smart Rank sorting will be used in the leaderboards of the downloaded report if it is enabled
- Executive Summary: The new look presentation been enabled for all accounts
Bug Fixes
- Responses: Fix an issue where survey completion status was incorrectly being shown to users (e.g. “Survey opened”, “Survey finished”).
- Responses: Fix an issue where the response counts in the Moderation tab are not always correct due to cache syncing.
- Executive Dashboard: Fixed a bug that prevented the slides from downloading in a fringe case scenario
- Executive Dashboard: download will no longer fail if the resulting report contains zero responses
- SMS: An issue with our code meant SMS Reminders were being sent in some instances when the feature was disabled.
- Dashboard: Fixed an issue where filtering on responses by date would include responses not exactly in that date range. This occurred in rare conditions when the user’s timezone was west of the account’s timezone.
- API: Filters on /api/v1/responses should apply even when page size exceeds 1000
