The Statistics Report offers a high-level, data-driven view into when your surveys are being sent—and more importantly—how effectively they’re engaging your audience. This is especially useful for analysts or anyone looking to optimize survey send timing and strategy.
🧭 Where to Find It
Navigate to:
Dashboard > Reports > Statistics
This page presents a table showing the number of surveys sent, opened, responded, and reminded—all categorized by the day the surveys were originally sent (not when the responses came in).
🔍 How to Use It
Select the Table and Paste into a Spreadsheet
Want to do more in-depth analysis? You can copy the full table and paste it directly into Excel or Google Sheets. It will retain all formatting and structure.Pinpoint the Best Days to Send
Use the percentage of surveys responded to determine the most effective days for engagement.
Example: If Wednesdays consistently show the highest response rate, that might be your ideal send day.
🔁 Tracking Reminders
You can also monitor reminder activity on this page:
Look for the "Reminded" column in the Statistics table.
This will show how many reminders were sent per day.
⚠️ Important Note
The “Reminded” column will show 0 until the day the reminder is actually triggered.
Example: If you have a 7-day reminder rule, the value will stay at 0 until 7 days after the original send date.
