🟦 How to Pull All Responses (CSV)

Navigate to the Responses page (💬 speech bubble icon).

Click the Download button (blue cloud icon in the top right).

In the pop-up:

Click the Select All checkbox to include every available field.

Switch to the All Responses tab.

Click the Download button at the bottom.

✅ This will export every response you’ve ever received, including all data fields made visible in the Data Management page.
🟦 How to Pull All Active Contacts (CSV)

Navigate to the Contacts page (👤 person icon).

Make sure "Status: Active Customers" is selected in the filter bar.

If not, click +Add Filter to adjust your filters as needed.

Click the Download Filtered Contacts button.
✅ This will export a CSV of all Contacts that meet your current filter settings, including all visible fields from the Data Management page.
FAQs & Common Issues
Q: Why don’t I see certain fields in my export?
A: Only fields marked as visible in the Data Management Page are included in exports.
Q: Can I download inactive Contacts too?
A: Yes. Just go to the Contacts page and change the filter from “Status: Active” to “Inactive” or remove the filter entirely to export both.
Q: Will this export include unsubscribed users?
A: Only if they meet the filter criteria at the time of export.
