How to Enable AI Moderation
AI moderation is managed from your Account Settings page:
Go to Settings (cog icon) > Account > Settings
Toggle AI Response Moderation ON
Once enabled, AskNicely will begin automatically scanning and rewriting feedback where necessary.
How It Works
When enabled, AI Response Moderation will:
Detect inappropriate, offensive, or unhelpful open-ended feedback
Rewrite the comment using NiceAI to transform it into something constructive

Viewing the Original Feedback
Admin users can still view the unedited version of any moderated response:
From the Responses page, click "View Original" to reveal the original text.
