The AI Suggested Replies feature automatically generates a response within the Response Chat window by analyzing the context of the conversation. By reviewing previous points of contact, the AI creates a tailored suggestion that helps users save time, eliminate typos, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all interactions.

How to use AI Suggested Replies
Navigate to the Response page.
Click on a specific comment to open the Response window.
The AI will automatically review the survey response or online review and generate a Suggested Reply.
Response Options
Regenerate: Click the circle of arrows icon to generate a completely new Suggested Reply.
Edit: Click Edit to edit the suggested reply.
Send: If the Suggested Reply is accurate and ready to go, click the Send button.
Note: Always review the suggested reply for accuracy before sending it to a customer.

To activate this feature for your team, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Users > User Roles.
Select the specific User Role you would like to update.
Locate the toggle labeled Show AI suggested replies and switch it to On.
