A Presence Pane is displayed for each of your presences within the Presences section.
This pane provides a quick, at-a-glance overview of the most important information for each presence, helping you quickly assess performance, data accuracy, and improvement opportunities.
π What Information Is Displayed in the Presence Pane
Each Presence Pane includes the following:
π· Service Logo
The logo for the service this presence belongs to.
π’ Service Name
The name of the service this presence belongs to.
π Presence URL or Name
A link to your presence online, or the name of the presence if no URL is available.
π Last Updated
How long ago this presence was last updated.
Your data is current up to this point.
β Rating
The current rating on the presence (out of 5 stars).
π Number of Reviews
The total number of reviews on the presence.
π· Number of Photos
The number of photos associated with the presence.
π Completeness Gauge
An indication of how complete your information is on this service.
This reflects:
How many Aspects you have set
Compared to how many are available on the service
You should aim to complete as many relevant Aspects as possible.
π NAPW Indicator

π Search Visibility
Shows where this presence appears in search results for keywords important to your business across:
Google
Bing
Google Maps
Bing Places
π Improvement Summary
A summary of suggested improvements for the presence.
Symbols include:
β Plus (+): You can add this Aspect
β X: The presence data differs from your Base Profile
β Question mark (?): Data exists on the presence, but you have not set your Base Profile, so recommendations cannot be provided
π Suggested Improvements
A detailed list of recommended changes.
If a change is suggested:
The current data on the presence is shown
You can compare it against your Base Profile

β FAQs & Common Issues
Q: What does the Completeness Gauge measure?
A: It measures how many Aspects you have completed compared to the total available on that service.
Q: Why does the Improvement Summary show a question mark (?)
A: This means data exists on the presence, but your Base Profile has not been set, so the system cannot determine if changes are needed.
Q: How often is the Last Updated field refreshed?
A: It reflects the most recent data retrieval for that presence.
