If your business does not have a listing on a service where you would like to appear, you have two options:

1️⃣ Create the listing yourself
2️⃣ Use the Listing Creation Service in Reputation Manager

Our Listing Creation Service supports hundreds of online services worldwide and allows us to manually create listings on your behalf.

This page displays:

Services relevant to your business
Services where no listing is currently detected

If you believe you are already listed on a service shown:

Add that listing to Reputation Manager
It will no longer appear on the order screen

✅ Before Placing an Order

Before placing an order, complete the following three steps.

1️⃣ Ensure All Existing Listings Are Added

We do not want to create duplicate listings.

Before ordering:

Review services where you are not listed
Add any listings that Reputation Manager has not discovered

2️⃣ Check and Confirm Your Base Profile

Listings will be created using the information in your Base Profile.

Before ordering:

Review every Aspect in your Base Profile
Ensure the information on the left side is accurate
Set each core Aspect to Confirmed

⚠️ You cannot place an order until required core Aspects are set and confirmed.

3️⃣ Decide Which Email Address Will Be Used

Each new listing requires an email address for account setup and future management.

You have two options:

Option A: Provide Your Own Email (Recommended)

Set your preferred email under:

Navigation Bar → Setup → Business → Listing Management Email

Benefits of providing your own email:

You may already use it
A business domain email improves verification
You maintain full long-term control

Option B: Use a Generic Email Created for You

If you do not provide an email:

We will create a generic email address
Credentials will be shared with you once listings are created

🔐 Password & Security Considerations

Password Management

If you provide your own email address:

Consider changing the password after the order is complete
Our team will not log in again unless there is a new order

Changing the password afterward is best practice.

2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If your email has 2FA enabled:

You must temporarily disable it during the order process

Our team may need to log in multiple times during registration, and coordinating 2FA approvals can delay completion.

⚠️ Once the order is complete, you should re-enable 2FA.

🛒 Placing an Order

When ready:

1️⃣ Go to the Order Creation Page.
2️⃣ Leave selected the services where you want listings created.
3️⃣ You must order at least 10 listings per order.
4️⃣ Click the button at the bottom right to place the order.

⚙️ Listing Creation Process

After payment:

Your order enters our work queue
Our team manually creates the selected listings

If clarification is required, we will contact you using:

The Admin Email on your Business Setup Page
OR
The email address used to sign up

⏳ Please allow up to 10 days for listings to be created.

✅ Order Completion

Once all listings from your order are created:

📧 You will receive an email notification
📌 Each listing will automatically be added to your Reputation Manager account
📊 Monitoring will begin immediately
🔐 Access credentials (if supported) will be stored with each listing
📧 Any created email address will appear on the Business Setup Page

You may create additional listing creation orders at any time.

Q: Can I order fewer than 10 listings?
A: No. The minimum order is 10 listings.

Q: How long does listing creation take?
A: Allow up to 10 days for completion.

Q: Will created listings automatically appear in my account?
